Diversity Employment Network’s (DEN) one-day BIPOC Atlantic Job Fair is designed to connect a talented pool of diverse job candidates with employers seeking to build diverse teams. We are a social enterprise with a mandate to act as a hub for skilled people of the underrepresented community, businesses, government, and community organizations to come together and form mutually beneficial partnerships. DEN’s BIPOC Spring Atlantic job fair will bring talent and employers together and will pave the way for organizations to evolve into diversity opportunity employers.
In addition to the in-person event, we are excited to present the full event virtually, utilizing the vFairs platform which is a highly engaging online event technology solution which offers the in-person experience to a wider audience online. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to set up and customize their virtual booth with their branding and avatars and introduce pertinent programs or information on their companies.
The virtual opportunity broadens the hiring pool allowing job seekers to connect with you from wherever they are for jobs that can be done remote or onsite. This will allow us to attract job seekers and employers from all over Atlantic Canada either in person or online.
Building on our very successful inaugural job fair in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2022, DEN is excited to bring this foundational forum to create positive social change to a larger Atlantic Canada audience.
